· Part Size - 1.5” x 1.5” to 60” x 240”
· Part Weight - Up to 450 lbs, robot can handle 1320
lbs. Multiple robots can be used for larger weights
· Quick Setup - The Moto Brake tells the operator where to place
the tooling and the suction cups with the use of a laser pointer. With Wila tooling and hydraulic clamping, repeat setups can
be has quick as 15 minutes
· Position feed back from back gauge fingers allow the robot to move the part into position with out
putting stress on the back gauge.
· Flexible - With 1024 I/O, automatically change tool heads, 104” reach, and integrated
HMI, this makes imagination the only limitation.
· Self Correcting - The robot learns where the part stack is and
adjust program automatically. Large gauging area and side stops keep the press running for unattended operation.
· Fork
Lift Operator - Once the machine is set up, the HMI interface has been setup so that a fork lift operator can keep the
machine running.
· No Restacking - Parts do not need to be places against gauging blocks at loading. Simply
use a pallet jack or forklift to place the skid on the floor directly from shear, punch or laser. Parts can be unload in a way
so they can go directly to the next process with out restacking, even to shipping.
