The more flexible a machine is the more value it has. Being able to setup a press for
forming, offsets, hems, cross brakes, lances, in process QA, deburring, hardware, assemble, labeling, and stacking for shipment with
the same machine adds tons of value. With integration, imagination is the only limitation.
Many forming cells are approaching
and exceeding the one million dollar price tag. This makes the ROI of the system hard to justify. Integration is much
less than other forming cells.
