Three parts—Fuselage, Elevator and Wing. The DIA10 MotoMan 2 arm robot forms the parts on the Accurpress Accell, then assembles it.

10 gauge part 24” x 64”. This video also explains the features of the MotoBrake. These parts took 80 man hours a month before the MotoBrake, now it takes 5 man hours and 40 machine hours.
This machine was presented at the 2009 Fabtech. The SDA10 robot forms the part on a Accurpress Edge, then the robot changes hands and picks up a pair of calipers. Then the robot measures the part and outputs the SPC data.
This is a 14 gauge part, aprox 34" x 30". There are 2 tapered bends on the part, 14 bends total.
Eliminates secondary punch press operation by use of MotoBrake Side Stop and MotoMan NC program ability. This was added into the 14 bend part.
